to observe the changes in climate I cna bear witness that where I live almost every year is a record year in something
Record for the heat in such and such a month. Record for rain, lateness of rain
amount of rain. lack of rain.
And it is getting worse. This year for example the rains did not come at all till the end of june. Never have I witnessed it so late.
I want to remind you that I live in a country where the whole yearly rains come during 4 months june to september.
If there is a lack of rain , literally
millions will suffer.
