Storm watcher Growing up in the Midwest, I watched the skies constantly. I loved laying in bed at night and watching the lightning flash and counting to the thunder. The cool, damp breeze with the smell of rain dancing through the open window and blowing against the curtains was a favorite of mine. Living in Arizona, we don't get much opportunity to watch the changeable weather and I really miss the seasons. I would love to move back to where there are obvious seasons and weather to watch once again. Until then, I keep an eye on the weather channel for the areas I used to live in and have family and friends. It will have to do for now.
